From sales (Josiah) to installation (Tyler & crew), they were a pleasure to work with. Very clean installation. Very noticeable difference from our old windows. One thing worth noting - The new windows are about 1"+ thicker than our old ones (good). This caused depth issues when reinstalling our blinds (bad). We made it work, but wish we'd known ahead of time. Overall, very happy with Window World of Indianapolis!

We had our patio replaced. We had French doors and replaces it with sliding doors. Communication was great during the entire process from the sales team to the installation. We would definitely use Window World in the future.
