We can’t recommend The Inn at Pelican Bay enough! Both Mandy at the front desk and Krenar greeted us upon our arrival to the hotel. Krenar offered to take our bags and chatted with myself and my daughters while my husband checked in. He asked an out about where we had been and both Mandy and Krenar asked my daughters about our recent stay at Great Wolf Lodge before coming to the Inn. Krenar shared stories about his daughters and bonded over our shared experience with snow in the Great Lakes. Mandy helped us check in early and Krenar explained how to use the shuttle to get to and back from the beach—this service was amazing, we were provided with beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. Krenar dropped us off at the beach, helped unload the supplies, gave us waters and a card to call him for pickup. When we were ready to leave, he came quickly and put all the beach chairs and umbrellas away. Gave us cold waters and talked to my children about if they had a good time. He gave recommendations for restaurants in the area, as well. We used the pool in the morning before we checked out, and again, were provided towels to use so that we didn’t travel with wet items. The Inn at Pelican Bay was a gorgeous place to stay. Everything was done in gold and black, even the room had black tiles throughout the entry and bathroom, a huge rainfall showerhead and wooden floors in the bedroom areas. The rooms were spacious and very clean. There were bottled waters and wine you could purchase in the room, as well as a Nespresso machine with a selection of free coffees. The continental breakfast had a huge selection of waffles, pancakes, toast, fruit, and assorted donuts and pastries. Krenar helped us out to our car with our bags and blew all of the sand out of the car before we left so we didn’t bring it home with us. Our stay at the Inn was very relaxing and a wonderful way to end our summer. I can’t wait to visit again, especially with how close the Inn is located to the beach and many shops/restaurants. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Mandy said when we first checked in that we were going to love it there, and she was right!

We booked a room last minute and had a delightful time. The Staff is very nice, room is clean and comfortable. Despite the rain we loved the terrace and i really had a good time at the pool. It was very convenient to be able to grab dinner by walking from the hotel. Breakfast was delicious (some items would have required a label because we did’t know what they were. This was overall a very pleasant stay.
